Summer Vibe is a delightful machine embroidery quilt collection filled with gorgeous flowers, a pretty picnic basket overflowing with summer treats, playful insects and the word SUMMER.

The collection was designed to be used together to create a beautiful embroidered wall hanging or quilt, but the individual blocks can also be used separately on bags, cushions, table runners, placemats, towels, clothing and so much more.

The sample shown was made using the largest files and finished at approximately 27" x 29". The smaller versions can be used to create a quilt of approximately 20" x 22".

And the best part? You don't have to make the quilt exactly like the sample!

The blocks are designed so you can play with the layout, add your own borders and fabrics, repeat your favourite insects, or even combine elements with other seasonal collections. The included instructions specifically encourage you to experiment and create a quilt that is completely your own.

🐞 Summer Insects

Add a fun little garden world to your quilt with:

The ant vine is particularly useful for creating a long decorative border. The collection includes split files so the larger vine can be stitched using a smaller hoop. The two ant split sections measure approximately 1.90" x 7.87" and 1.76" x 8.77".

The floral embroidery gives the quilt its pretty, feminine summer garden feel.

You'll receive:

The large floral border is approximately 2.09" x 11.29", with separate split files provided at approximately 2.04" x 5.21" and 2.09" x 6.59".

The gorgeous centrepiece is a large picnic basket filled with:

The full basket design is approximately 8.66" x 11.65".

For greater flexibility, the basket is also supplied as left and right split files, allowing the large basket composition to be created using a smaller hoop. The instructions explain that the left section containing the watermelon is stitched first, followed by the second half using the included printable templates for placement.

Complete your quilt with individual embroidered letters:

S – U – M – M – E – R

The letters are approximately 4.02" square in the larger version, with smaller approximately 3.06" square versions also included.

This means you can use them together as SUMMER, or use individual letters on completely different projects.

One of the great advantages of this collection is that it isn't limited to one hoop size.

The set includes larger and smaller versions of many of the major designs, giving you much more freedom depending on the embroidery hoop available on your machine.
