SDS3471 Kitten Runner

Create a charming kitten table runner with the SDS3471 Kitten Runner machine embroidery design. Finished table runner size

Approximately 32¼" long × 10½" wide (82 × 27 cm). The centre arches measure approximately 11¾" wide.

Hoop requirements

• 5" × 7" hoop: For the decorative bow and paw-print strips.
• 6" × 10" or 8" × 8" hoop: For the kitten blocks and curved end pieces.
• 4" × 4" hoop or larger: For the scarf kittens embroidered onto the assembled ends.

How the runner is made

Stitch and quilt the individual panels in the hoop, combining fabric placement, batting, appliqué, embroidery and decorative quilting. Sew the strips and kitten blocks together with pink sashing to form the centre panel. Assemble the curved ends separately, add the kitten embroidery and attach the ends to the runner. Finish with backing and pink binding.
