Please read through the details below before placing your order. This service is designed specifically for name digitizing using our existing design styles.

You are purchasing a digitizing service (time and technical skill), not a fully custom embroidery design service with open-ended creative development or unlimited revisions.

What you will receive

Your digitized name will be sent to you via email in the following formats:

DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIS, VP3, XXX

No physical item will be shipped.

⏱ Turnaround time

Each order is placed into our working queue and completed in the order it is received.

Turnaround time may vary depending on current workload, but we always aim to complete your design as promptly as possible.

✍️ How to place your request

Please complete all fields carefully, as these details guide how your final file is created.

Name to Digitize

Enter the exact name you would like digitized.
Spelling and capitalization will be followed exactly as provided.

🎨 Style Reference (SKU Code)

Enter the SKU code of the style you would like your name to match.

These refer to existing digitized examples shown on the website.

Embroidery Size

Enter your required size (for example: 5x7", 6x8").

We will always try to accommodate your requested size, but in some cases minor adjustments may be needed depending on design detail and structure.

Special Instructions (Optional)

You may use this field for any helpful notes, such as:

• Layout or placement preferences (if relevant)
• Small adjustments to better match your chosen style

⚠️ Please note: Font changes are not available. All designs are created using our existing digitized styles to ensure consistency and quality.

• This is a digitizing service, not a fully custom design creation service
• All names are created using our pre-developed embroidery styles
• If instructions are unclear or incomplete, we will adjust to the closest suitable style available

By placing a name request, you are securing dedicated time in our workflow specifically for your design. Previously, these requests were handled in a general queue, which sometimes caused delays alongside other ongoing embroidery work.

This dedicated service helps ensure your request is completed more efficiently and with the attention it deserves.
